1 Theoretical Analysis: Studying Your Project

Our starting point? Your needs. The first step is to fully understand your food product, goals, and challenges. We take into account dimensions, electricity costs, system requirements, and more to propose a tailored solution that optimizes your investment. We can also assist you in conducting a return-on-investment analysis to provide an accurate estimate of your future profit. Once we have thoroughly evaluated all these technical aspects, our experts begin working on your project.

2 Approval: The Practical Test

Once our proposal is approved by the client, our food application engineers must also validate the project. This means turning our draft into reality. We test the products, verify, and define all key parameters—such as temperature, cooking time, weight loss, appearance, and flavor—to ensure optimal performance of your linear cooking system.

3 Ready to Order: The Importance of Details

Your food processing oven is finally ready to be manufactured at our facilities in Sweden. After defining the delivery conditions, our technical and electrical managers visit your food production plant to verify all key details, including reception, technical specifications, software requirements, cable routing, compliance, and certification (Apave, Veritas), among others. Our team of experts is always by your side to listen, assist, and advise you for a smart and successful installation. Depending on the complexity of your order, the manufacturing lead time ranges from 6 months to 1 year.

4 Pre-Delivery Inspection: Our Commitment to Trust and Transparency

Before delivery, we invite you to visit our production site in Sweden to carry out a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of your equipment. During this inspection, your modular tunnel oven is thoroughly examined to ensure it functions correctly and meets all your requested specifications. After that, you're ready to integrate it into your facility!

5 Delivery, Installation, and On-Site Practical Training

Each linear cooking system is installed on-site by our own technical operators under the supervision of one of our industrial food processing experts. We stand right beside you when you press the "start" button for the first time. Your team receives hands-on training to quickly and easily operate your new tunnel oven—learning how to use, clean, sanitize, and maintain it. We stay with you for as long as needed.
